The Easy Gripper product range is tyre manipulators designed to save time and resources as well as improve occupational health, ergonomic working environment, and safety.

With an Easy Gripper you get a unique 3-point grip, which provides optimal control and grip of the large tyres and wheels. And with the accurate and precise rotation and tilting functions, both hard and dangerous manual work is avoided, as well as consequential damage to tyres, rims, and equipment.

The Easy Gripper grips and holds large tyres, even under narrow mudguards. It manipulates the tyres as needed – tilt from lying to upright, moving up and down and rotates for precise placement. And camera system gives the tyre fitter optimal view for hub and bolt alignment, as well as it adds visibility and safety while maneuvering the tyre.

Ring handling tools improve safety

Special and unique ring handling tools are another exclusive feature that is only available with an Easy Gripper. The ring handling tools are mounted on the end of the gripper pipes, and enable the tyre fitter to handle both rim, side rings and bead seat bands in a safe and secure manner. The special and unique tools grip, hold, press, or place the tyre, rim and rings as needed - a major improvement of safety and efficiency!

Improves internal logistics

An Easy Gripper can be used not only for mounting and dismounting tyres and wheels. An Easy Gripper can also be used for handling internal logistics, where tyres and wheels need to be picked or placed in stacks in warehouse and workshop areas. The integrated 90-degree tilt function - horizontal to vertical, makes it easy to grip a tyre lying on the floor and stack tyres or tilt a tyre up to vertical position.

Wide product range available

A wide product range of Easy Grippers are available, depending on the weight and size of the tyres and wheels to be handled, the operations to be performed and the characteristics of the carrier. The Easy Gripper requires a carrier, such as a forklift, a front loader, a telehandler, or a truck crane.

An Easy Gripper can be fitted with telescopic gripping pipes, to increase the gripping range - to provide better space for the tyre fitter, and to be able to handle inside duals. And if the space between wheel and wheelhouse is small, the upper gripper pipe can be replaced with a flat top gripping arm. Depending on Easy Gripper model it can also be equipped with multiple cameras as well as LED work light.
