Safe handling of wheel weights
Bejstrup Maskinstation uses wheel weights weighing up to 250 kg on most of their more than 20 Tractor and Liquid Manure Spreader sets and were looking for a better way of handling the heavy and sometimes very slippery wheel weights.

24hr breakdown service
While working on the development of wheel weight tools for the Easy Gripper, Bejstrup had the opportunity to use the Easy Gripper out in the field as part of their 24hr breakdown service offering.
Tyre fitter at Bejstrup, Henrik Godiksen, have used the Easy Gripper at different occasions, where the Easy Gripper made a huge difference. In one of the cases, they were called out to assist a farmer with a broken wheel axle on his Vacuum Liquid Manure Spreader. The situation was complicated due to that fact that the tyre service would block the entire road in both directions and that the tyre on the broken axle, where lying underneath the Spreader – but within an hour Henrik Godiksen could return to office after a successfully completed task.
In another case, they were called out to assist a farmer, who discovered that one of his water-filled rear wheels had started leaking. With the Easy Gripper they could quickly demount the entire wheel on site, despite the heavy weight of the water-filled wheel and replace it with a new one.
